Newbie investor who is open to all avenues of real estate. Right my current interest is buy hold, cash flow. Looking to invest out of state as well. A little about me, from michigan came to California in 2002 to join the marines. since leaving the corps i now own and operate a pepperidge farm route. Currently i work 30 hours a week, So i feel like i have plenty of time to learn and grow.
