Hi, my name is Patrick Carmichael. I am a newbie from Southern California with an interest in real estate investing and building wealth. I am currently a painting contractor in the San Diego County region and we do mostly new construction, custom and small tract work. We also have clients who do commercial tilt ups, tenant improvements and we have one client that provides us with large scale exterior apartment repaints, 300 to 500 units.

I have taken one "Guru" course on real estate investing about two years ago and have recently found Bigger Pockets and have been working my way through the podcasts. I am looking to provide a better retirement situation for myself and if possible a business or investment portfolio to pass on to my kids.

I am open to all advise and am beginning to assemble a contact network and welcome all who would like to communicate with me.
