Post: Selling Real Estate in Mexico

I am in the process of getting my real estate license here in Southern California. My wife has a relative in Mexico who has a large beach-front property. The actual dwelling isn't that big, but the land is substantial. What hoops would I have to jump through in order to represent my wife's family member?

I do not know yet if this property would be sold to an individual or a property developer.

The investor purchased this house with intent to flip, but life events prevented completion.

House has been vacant for over a year. The investor is selling below amount invested in property.

Would love to see what your offers would be.

Jonathan,

Thank you for your interest in the 32-unit in OKC. I do not have a flyer as the owner is prepared to take the property through full rehab and is only trying to see what interest he might garner should he deicide to sell. He has several exit strategies for this property, one of which is to sell now for the right price.

This 3bd 2ba home, with brick and vinyl exterior was built in 1982. Wood and tiles floors flow throughout. The 2 car garage is extra deep providing abundant storage. The ARV is $136k. At $1,000 - $1,150/month, this property makes for a great addition to a rental portfolio.

This is a 32-unit multi-family property for sale in Oklahoma City. It is completely vacant and gutted and ready for rehab. Estimates are $16-20K per unit for rehab. Rents will be $550+ per unit. ARV is $1.25M. Asking $350k.

Property was purchased from a hard money lender who foreclosed in it.

So I meant to put this posting in the Oklahoma City sub-forum. Anyone know how to move a thread? Anyone know how to delete a thread?
