Has anyone done Michael Quarles' gold coaching program? He seems like a highly ethical guy but I'm interested in your experiences. Thanks!

Hey @Joycelyn Bagby, welcome to BP! We recently moved to Weatherford, so not too far away from you. I'm still learning about the area but ready to jump into wholesaling and eventually rehabbing and buy and holds. Let me know how I can help you. BP is a great community with great resources!

Hey @Chris Lundgren! My husband and I are also new to Weatherford. We moved here from Abilene a few months ago- where we had just gotten started wholesaling. We are learning about the area and want to start wholesaling, eventually rehabbing, and purchasing some rentals. Would love to get together and talk real estate!

Thanks @Daniel Decker and @David Light for your replies. Glad to know some other investors in our area! Daniel, who do you close with at Big Country? Also, when you've assigned the contract, did you have your buyer give earnest money & write the check to the title company? For double closings, I'm assuming  you used your own funds to close transaction A & then immediately closed on transaction B? Sorry for all the questions, we're trying to get everything figured out so we'll be prepared when we find our first deal. Thanks so much!

Hello everyone! Does anyone know of an investor friendly title company in Abilene, TX? I'm looking for a title company familiar with assignment contracts and double closings. We have an acquaintance who does closings for a title company, but he was obviously not familiar with wholesaling & had a lot of red tape before he'd agree to close our deals. My husband is convinced that "investor friendly title company" equals shady title company. I don't believe this is true, but can anyone explain?
