Hello , My name is chris Lundgren.  My Wife  three kids and I relocated to weatherford, Texas one year ago this week. I got started in realestate in 1999 as a superintendent building spec homes in the Lake Tahoe area. We moved to southern Arizona in 03 and I started my own construction company there , where we built 50 or so custom and spec homes . We also became involved in buying distressed properties , rehabing them and selling them . We did 40 or so flips from 08 to 15. We also did alot of rehabbing for some of the larger banks .

We moved to Texas for several reasons , and we have flipped 2 houses so far and have several more in the pipeline. We were introduced to bigger pockets from a realtor friend and listen to at least one podcast every day . We absolutely love listening and find we learn something every time we listen ! We are looking to meet more peopke in the DFW area. Thank you for creating bigger pockets and helping so many people !
