Hi...gladly would refer you, as well as to the 2 property management teams I like to use as well.  And if you don't mind a little shopping, you can actually snag a better deal if you just bought a house outright and find your own tenant which I like doing now instead.

I purchased this completely rehabbed home in the Fall of 2015 as a turnkey investment property from someone here at Bigger Pockets.  It was rented to a tenant for $850.00 monthly and is managed by an excellent property manager.  Recently vacated 6/1/17 and available to investors or owner occupiers.

At the time of my 2015 purchase, here were a list of some improvements:

Carport painted.
Drywall replaced.
New sub flooring installed and new laminate wood flooring installed.
New cabinets and counter tops added.
New windows installed.
Fresh paint throughout.
New tile in the bathroom along with a new tub, toilet, vanity, and shower controls.
Air ducts and vents replaced.
New roof deck and roof installed.

Since then, I've also added to the home a new air conditioning unit and sump pump.  All kitchen appliances included.

Hi I'd like to offer my former primary residence to the Bigger Pockets community as well as the MLS as it is also currently listed. It's a well kept 2 story home built in 2005 in a gated community. For those familiar with the Bay Area, the new Pittsburg BART station coming soon will be a quick 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk. I also have a 5.4 kw solar panel system professionally installed on the roof and the solar is paid for free and clear by the way. Garage also has a 220 volt electric car charger for electric and plug in hybrid cars. Here is a link:
