Hello can anyone refer an investment firm to where I can invest money onto their real estate projects? I'd like to invest in both  residential and commercial and preferably into California based property. Thank you.

Is there any recommendations on an entity off of here selling performing multi family investments. Not looking for anything big, under 10 units.  Also not interested in the entity whom I won't mention who sold me an investment from here a while back with a dead beat tenant and shoddy rehab work, and a clueless property manager.  If you have a performing multi family property, let's talk.

Hello Sir...

I've been off BP for a few years as well. This place left a bad taste in my mouth as I purchased a SFR from someone on here that others say is top notch but it turns out his rental property I bought came with a deadbeat tenant and shoddy rehab work. The included property manager was also clueless. I had to find a new manager with the guts to evict the tenant in court then sell the property a few months later. Barely broke even. Anyway, if you are not this type of person, let's talk. I'm looking for performing rental properties in SAC. Duplex, Triplex, etc.

Hello may I ask of any pointers or suggestions where anyone is doing well and what strategy.  I was a small investor in the past in single family homes, buy and hold, rent them out kind of thing but honestly it did not do well for me.  I'm more financially stable again and would like to invest my money wisely this time in real estate.  If anyone would care to share their success in what areas in the U.S. I would like to join that sort of campaign and not lose money on my second go at this.  Thank you.

just under a quarter acre of land with lots of home improvements from 2015, purchased that year as a turnkey rental investment. Recently rented for $850.00 monthly. Currently managed by a savvy property management company. Home is on the MLS ready for all buyers...

seriously I have high limit cards ($100k) and I would love to buy a turnkey rental and when it doesn't perform as promised I will dispute the purchase with my creditor.
