Profits are good, not as passive as real estate.

I can’t give a link but if you did a search for Laundromat How To you should find something.

@Justine Cal Did you talk to the company directly. Go to the Clear Token website and give them a call.

Check with a local Laundromat Owner. They may want to do it themselves or they may know someone that does.

Look up ClearToken. You can put them inside any machine and use it to trigger the start. Vending machines as well

It uses an App and the Bluetooth on their phone so you don’t need WIFi.

No cash, no cards, no VTM  just a deposit into your account

You can refund money back to their account if they have a problem as well

There are some great app based payment systems that would work better than coins.

No jams, nobody cheating the start switches ( check YouTube ).

The one I prefer uses a Bluetooth connection to the phone so you don’t have to worry about WiFi.

Search for Imonex or Clear Token.

I have found a tax sale that is actually a road in front of a business. What would be the best strategy? Hold the tax deed for 3 years, quiet the title and then offer it for sale to the business?

Would there be any issues that the business is now landlocked without that "road" access?

Could I just sell the Tax Deed to the business now and move on?

What if I fenced the property and denied access through it?

New and learning...
