Coin op laundry service.

We are purchasing a multi with plenty of space to incorporate a coin op laundry machines. This is our first attempt with laundry. I’m looking for suggestions in a couple areas. 1- best Machines to use. Dependability and low maintenance preferred 2-change machine necessary? 3- vending machine with soaps/etc worth the time and effort? This area will be servicing 3- 3 bedroom units. There is also a adjourning 5 unit I may invite access
