What's up everyone, I'm 16 and me and my dad are looking to build and learn with a Real Estate Team, in arizona, that is as motivated as we are. We are looking for people that can manage a system of to do's, take calls and own the conversation, know how to find deals, work with contracts(like finding loop holes in one), know the math of a deal, and so on. We all can't to do everything alone, so if your a beginner like us and want to build a team connect with me :).

Thanks,

Kenny

P.S. Yeah i'm 16, but everyone's gotta start somewhere right?

Hey, thanks for all the replies :). They all give motivation and inspiration like Allen you gave me a new goal for my 18th birthday thanks man. Yes the legality is an issue, so the best thing I can do is "watch and learn". We'll now also be looking for partner, I've thought about it with my dad for some time and he/she might be able to help us achieve our goal a little faster.

Also JD I will finish school and study something that I'm interested it's gonna be my let's say plan B if this doesn't work or whatever I'm striving for in the future. But you're right I shouldn't risk everything on Real Estate because it might be that I lose interest or it fails, but I'm going to keep trying anything that I have a passion for๐Ÿ‘.

Robert I loved the quote and thanks for the book recommendation. I have read that book once or twice but that was when I was a little younger, maybe it's time to start reading it again, thanks for reminding me;).

This is what I love about this community it's not too big and not too small and it's filled with awesome people like you guys!!

Thanks

Kenny

Hey, BP community! My Name is Kenneth Alan Breeze and I'm 16 years old. I currently live in Germany but I want to move back to where my family and I used to live: Scottsdale AZ. My dream is to become independent from the 9-5 jobs that are heading my way and become financially free. I have learned a lot in the past years reading books, listening to podcasts, and so much more, but I never seem to take action, the first step, which kinda gets frustrating. I started hustling through a lot of Real Estate material in the past few months with my dad, who has the same goals as I and now it's time to take the first step. I have found that out all the things I tried, I have found real estate the most interesting. I'm totally motivated into doing this and I know that with my motivation I'm going to succeed. Thanks for reading and hello BP community!

Thanks,

Kenneth A. Breeze

P.S. Do you have tips for me, could you point me into the right direction?๐Ÿ‘
