@Mark Brogan Solely investing in mobile homes is what I'm striving for currently. What resources were of benefit to you in getting started and learning how to do this profitably?

Hey All!

Not sure if this is the right forum to post to but I'm new to the Denver, CO area as an investor and wanted to know if anyone has any experience marketing to owners of vacant, abandoned, derelict, etc. properties in Denver (or in general). Any input, advice, or tips would be greatly appreciated! Leave me a comment or PM me!

Thanks

Hey All,

Thanks for the warm welcome and direction! @Kevin Grinstead I’m settled in the Parker area currently. I’m currently trying to network/make connections and get into the wholesaling market before I move on to buy and hold. I’d appreciate your thoughts/input/anything else I should be thinking about.

Thanks!

I’m not new to BP but just moved to Denver, Colorado and am a new investor here. I would love to meet some fellow investors and make some connections here in Denver! PM me or comment below! I would love to meet some fellow investors!

Does anyone have a good purchase agreement that they can share? I'm looking for a contract that will give me the option of assigning to another investor/end buyer or purchasing the property. Thanks in advance!

Post: First Potential Deal! Need Advice!

Hey All,

So I have my first potential deal and I’m a little confused as to how I should move forward. The house the seller wants to sell has an existing tenant in it, has a month to month lease and receives SSI to help pay the rent. I’m going out to look at the property this Thursday. If it does end up being a good deal, what does the process look like of taking over a property with an existing tenant (forms, contracts, etc.). I was also curious if this is situation that i could turn around and sell the house to a cash buyer, essentially wholesaling. Any direction and advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Hey all ! I'm a newcomer to BP and real estate investing. I'm interested in buying and holding properties. I was wondering if anyone has/knows of any good educational resources on this topic that would be helpful for someone just starting out.

Thanks for the warm welcome all! @Doran Summers

G: my short term goals are to have enough money to invest in my first property by July(I’m thinking around $8,000, I’m not sure if I should shoot for more), join local real estate investing groups, network and connect with other investors in my area( at least 2 by March).

A: no achievements really

I: I’m pretty open to hearing what others are doing in terms of different investing niches. I’m mainly flu used on getting into single family and multi-family buy and holds

N: not sure

S: Adaptable, teachable, resourceful

Thanks for reaching out and being willing to do that @Corey Dessauer! What are you currently doing in terms of networking and what is your primary interest in real estate investing?
