First Potential Deal! Need Advice!
Hey All,
So I have my first potential deal and I’m a little confused as to how I should move forward. The house the seller wants to sell has an existing tenant in it, has a month to month lease and receives SSI to help pay the rent. I’m going out to look at the property this Thursday. If it does end up being a good deal, what does the process look like of taking over a property with an existing tenant (forms, contracts, etc.). I was also curious if this is situation that i could turn around and sell the house to a cash buyer, essentially wholesaling. Any direction and advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
