@Matthew Davis Welcome, I’ve recently moved to Wilmington NC, but Bloomington is a great investment area, I still own several multi family properties in Bloomington. Also, there is a local meet up once a month at Crazy Horse in Monday’s. @Thomas Landis runs the group and can get you more info. Good luck.

@Jing Tan I recommend Sarge rentals. They do a great job and are competitive with their pricing vs. several other places in town. They have a great mix and experience with both student housing on campus and family housing on the outskirts of town.

Hello BP friends. My business partner and I are looking at a small multi family property located in New Albany. Given we are located 2 hours away we'd want to look for any recommendations for local property managers. Anyone with experience in this market and knowledge of good property managers please advise.
