@Rob Schou thanks for the input - I don't think we have a specific requirement other than a 30 day notice. Thanks!

@John C. Never thought about having them sign a completely new lease. Thanks for the suggestion.

I have month-to-month tenants and I need to raise the rent. I understand how much notice I need to give them yet I did not know what document I need to use to make this change reflected in the lease since this is not a lease extension. Do I use the "Residential Lease Amendment" to note the increase in rent? Thanks

@Ben Scott Is the next zoom meeting tomorrow - November 4th? Same link? I'd love to make it if that's the case. Thanks!

@Jason Falkner

Is that central time and is everyone welcomed for the Zoom call?

@Alex Ghilea

Welcome! Have you joined the Real Estate Rookie Podcast Facebook group? It’s also a great place to connect with others and perfect for those starting out in the business.

I’m NW of OKC and would love to connect whenever we can meet in person again.

That book on rental properties is golden. I use it all the time.

@Son Tran

Are the OKC meetings in person or over Zoom? I’m in central Oklahoma and would love to connect to other Oklahoma investors.
