@Thomas Labo totally if you end up going the timeshare route, look at the resale market...even for DVC.

I’m looking for recommendations for investor friendly General Contractors in Orlando. Bonus points for Windermere/Winter Garden/Ocoee area contractors.

@Curtis Stoddard I agree with most everyone else, pass on her. Background (credit and criminal) are required. As Sam S said too, I avoid lawyers too 😊

@Jason Albeinat this is hilarious! I don’t blam the tenant at all on this one. The homes been listed since May, he has been a fantastic tenant for 2 years and very accommodating to showing the home up till this point...unicorn on! 🦄

@Jim K. Wow! I disagree that 17 is the right age to find a mate, for either sex. One is still learning who they are.

@Eli  if you forgot what Real Estate is ask Siri, that’s a good start. Then read books, forums, listen to podcast. Engage in intellectual discussions regarding it. Go to college and get a job, live cheaply so you can save up for a 3.5% down payment on a small-multi family to house hack. And to Jim’s point (not the ball and chain part) keep focused, buy and hold, it a long-term play. Good luck.

@Eli Rollins I sure wish I was thinking like you when I was 17! If I had to do it over, if defiantly house hack a few times before settling into a long term homestead.
