My family has a farm, we bought a trailer home, and you think it would be somewhat easy to join the two in happy home bliss.

So far, the demolition has gone well, and the relocation is slated for Friday.

The problem is not having a foundation, septic, electricity or well to hook it up to. You would think that we could borrow against the value of the trailer, but until it's physically attached to the land, it has no value.

I know how much it will cost to set these things up. I m just trying to set up my family home on my family farm.

Advice on getting out of this debacle?

That's the fun, we have zero debt right now, we want to get into brrr, and try to be better landlords than what we currently have out here. With Brandon in Hawaii, I'm not seeing the high quality anymore.

Aaron K. I'd just like to know how to get started, I have very little down and not a lot of options for loans. There is a property we have in mind for our first but it's a foreclosure and I just don't know how to get it done.

Good Morning,

New here. Just saying hello. I'm an avid listener to the podcast and I love what I hear.

I'm a pest control technician with three children,a dog and a carpenter husband. I hope to get our family financially independent. Right now, we're trying to stop renting.

It's very nice to join the community and I know the wealth of resources and knowledge will be so very helpful to our story.

Thank you,
