Just saying hello, good morning and thank you

Good Morning,

New here. Just saying hello. I'm an avid listener to the podcast and I love what I hear.

I'm a pest control technician with three children,a dog and a carpenter husband. I hope to get our family financially independent. Right now, we're trying to stop renting.

It's very nice to join the community and I know the wealth of resources and knowledge will be so very helpful to our story.

Thank you,

If you do not have financing in place get to that point before you start seriously considering properties, absolutely analyze them for practice but don't plan on buying them.  If you have high interest debt pay that down first, if you don't have enough for a down payment, save for one.  Also are you wanting to get into flipping, buy and hold, or something else.
