Trailer + family farm = lost in the woods

My family has a farm, we bought a trailer home, and you think it would be somewhat easy to join the two in happy home bliss.

So far, the demolition has gone well, and the relocation is slated for Friday.

The problem is not having a foundation, septic, electricity or well to hook it up to. You would think that we could borrow against the value of the trailer, but until it's physically attached to the land, it has no value.

I know how much it will cost to set these things up. I m just trying to set up my family home on my family farm.

Advice on getting out of this debacle?
