@Nicholas Baughman I totally agree. The Zeona episode was inspiring thus causing me to think differently about REI. I started calling a few apartment listings on Craigslist just to feel it out. I figured the cost of entry is low; however, one must be on their game. I say try it out and see what happens. If you'd like message me then we could brainstorm together.
