Awesome, Indar! So happy for you. Where are your projects? Mainly on Oahu? or Neighbor Islands too? How did you find those, referrals, direct marketing, word of mouth, drive for dollars? Did you get private funding, partner/joint venture, or hard money lenders? Sorry for all the questions, I want to learn more, especially here locally what's working and what's not working for investors in Hawaii's market. Thank you.

@Ken Nyczaj Congrats! Great job, thank you for sharing, especially the DM part, it can get discouraging at times with direct mailing but so worth the follow up, time, and constant mailing to get to the ROI. So glad you never gave up, very inspiring and motivational. Keep moving forward!
