We been flipping in Hawaii now for some time. We have 10 projects going now and buying 3 more. At first everyone said it couldn’t be done. But I didn’t care I was going figure it out. We just hit 7 figures in profit and are trying to keep growing. Next step is to really scale it more to keep growing.

@Jerry W. Easy to me cause we have lower competition. Just have to raise more private money then you. But guess what’s else is bigger. Profit!!! Yea. Would love to hear your market price points.
