I have a buyer that is looking for multiple unit homes in Hamilton county, Indiana. He would like to find something with 10 or more units. Any body in the Hamilton county area have some units they would like to sell.

I am looking for buyers for properties in Anderson and Kokomo, Indiana.

These properties need little rehab to major rehab.

Thank you for the info. I did a little more reading and called the customer service for (for sale by owner flat rate MLS) and found out that a broker is involved.

I am a little confussed, Flat Fee MLS says they can list it on the local MLS

What is the best website to list your for sale by owner listing and get on the MLS???

I got a lead today from a lady that is in bad shape with her home. She needs to get out of it fast and needs help doing it. She is 40 payments behind and owes $56,127.05 in back payments. She has 1 or 2 more loans on this property and owes a combined total of $135,000.00 on the house.

This property is in Noblesville, Indiana. If any one is interested in helping this lady let me know and I will give you all the details. I am new at this and would not be much help to her.
