Lady in Foreclosure trouble

I got a lead today from a lady that is in bad shape with her home. She needs to get out of it fast and needs help doing it. She is 40 payments behind and owes $56,127.05 in back payments. She has 1 or 2 more loans on this property and owes a combined total of $135,000.00 on the house.

This property is in Noblesville, Indiana. If any one is interested in helping this lady let me know and I will give you all the details. I am new at this and would not be much help to her.
