@Matt McCourry Thanks sir. The issue with my bank concerns doing a conventional loan under our LLC. They sent me to a commercial lender that painted a pretty dreary picture - balloon payments, 30%-35% down, and so on.

It appears that I will need to shop around for a lender with better terms.
