Hello,

My name is Rob Javins and I live in Banner Elk NC and I am brand new to Real Estate Investing. My only experience is I do have one rental property that was my former primary residence. I am interested in learning about: flipping, wholesaling, owning additional single family rental properties and learning about how to find the money to fund my deals. My primary geographic areas of focus are: North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
