So today I went out and d4$ for the first time. I wrote down about 40 address-9 were absentee ownersity and 5 listed owners as having the same address even though the house were vacant and/or sealed. I also went to my cities tax leins site and looked up who oowed what. So I guess my question is how do you determine what homes to go after and which ones not to? I'm new to this and any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Kea

Hello everyone I'm new here so maybe this question has been answered. I wanted to make this post because I thought it would be both informative and fun. So what's  your advice on how to spot a GURU?

Thanks everyone for your warm welcome, @mehran, reputation is VERY important to me, which is why I honestly do not want to start until im confident in my ability to make assessments.

Hello Everyone!

My name is Kea or K.D. I recently stumbled upon this websites and have been hooked since. I am interested in wholesaling and would like to learn as much as I can so that I can do a good job presenting deals to cash buyers. I've been reading the forums, listening to the podcasts, and I am halfway through my first book that I found recommended from this site. My goal is to network and learn as much as I can about wholesaling ,rehab cost, comps and avr in my area BEFORE I put myself out there as a wholesaler. If you have any info or guidance please share and thanks in advance!
