Hello, Im trying to locate a real estate attorney that can look over my purchase agreement and assignment contract to make sure they're sound. FYI - I downloaded them from the file place here.

P.S

If you could recommend a wholesaler friendly title company that would be great also

Thanks

Ok, let me explain more. I will admit I am confused about this. This lead came from a recent widow who wants to get rid of her husband's property. The issue is that they owe more on the properties than they're worth. She says that the bank advised a deed in lieu or short sale. I know what a short sale is and I understand that they're pretty impossible to wholesale,  which is why I asked about the deed in lieu. Anyway, what she claims the bank is asking for is a deal compared to the comps in the area. This is why I was interested.

I have a potential lead and wanted to know if anyone has any experience with deed in lieu deals and if they can be wholesaled.

just finished seeing the property and it went pretty well, although,  I don't think we have a deal. They're asking for too much and seem emotional invested in the property due to the prior work that was put in. On a brighter side, I saw a fsbo sign and called and have another appointment in 40mins!! Hopefully the numbers work out for this one.

Thanks everyone for your help.  I will definitely try to use it all. I'm just nervous I guess.

Hello everyone,  This will be my first time viewing a home and wanted to know if anyone  has any tips or suggestions on the questions I should ask, how should I "act". I also look pretty young for my age(26), some people still think I'm about 18 or 19, so I'm kinda worried I won't be taken serious :( .
