@Tyler Barker I am so sorry I missed this. And I really appreciate your comments, and I would say that is true. We don't always get things right the first time, but we always make things right. Operate with integrity. And seek to learn the mistakes and not make them again. Thanks again for taking the time to mention here, and hope all is well in your world!

@Anthony Beaird we know we can always learn from situations from all perspectives. Our entire team is serious about customer service. There is a warrior spirit about getting after it ... doing the right thing. Having leadership and autonomy in every seat. So when we get feedback that is very different than that, it's something we take seriously, want to understand, and make sure we are on top of everything and the communication is clear in both directions.

Appreciate the desire to work together, and also want to make sure we don't miss a step in the process of working with all our amazing clients in the midst. Thanks again for the response here Anthony... and understanding your motivation here to connect with our team further.

@Anthony Beaird Although I appreciate you sharing feedback, good or bad ... I would appreciate you making it what has happened. 

You reached out to our team at 10:15pm through the website, and you had an email back at around 9am the next morning from Abby, our director of marketing. 

Shane, our Client Advisor, was booked out more than a month out with calls and worked with you to re-arrange his schedule to get on a call with you tomorrow. 

So I'm unclear on how we have not taken the time, or made the effort to help you sir. It's totally understandable if you don't want to work with us ... we are definitely one of many turn key companies out there. We are also not perfect, and I am sure there might be something in the process here we could have done better. But I'd appreciate also, the understanding we have made literally every effort to accommodate your desire to speak with our team, and on a much different timeline than we had available to help you. 

@KJ Miller ... what @Andrew Syrios said is a great starting point. There are a lot of great areas and opportunities still in Wyandotte. I think it had gotten a bad wrap for a long time. I've been personally investing in that area since 2012, and still own many homes over that way. Just do the homework on the areas specifically and you will be great.
