@Liz Ellis totally appreciate your post. We typically get above the average in all the areas on our properties. Occasionally we have missed on the rents, but not very often. We comp off many of our own properties, and sometimes the PM has even asked us about raising them from what we have suggested because the properties are nice and rent quickly.
