Price is to retail for the area, you would be better of finding something retail in Parkville. I know this city well and everybody else that thinks Independence is ok, hasn't seen the decline from the meth epidemic from the late 90's. I really won't consider anything from there unless it is east of 291.

This has more potential in my eyes:

@DuRon Netsell knows what i'm talking about, midtown. I just don't know how you guys can be so bullish on areas that are declining to a growing Kansas side of the suburbs.

I have enough people interested in still doing a midtown meeting that aren't interested in going to Lee Summit.

@William Sumnicht

They had been low, was lucky and got my house before prices went up again. I'm at 2815 Campbell, I was able to get 2801 Harrison behind me for 15,000. Rehab will be more than the one i mentioned above, lol. Will be into it for around 70,000 but will be worth 150 to 180 when done. Beacon hill is driving up all the local prices of homes.

@Jay Hinrichs undefined

It's not profitable to mine bit coins anymore, i mine ripple and lite. Colorado and Washington are the only legal states you can make profit from legal or medical. California and Oregon are Medical states currently and technically considered non profit. The cannabis industry is growing from a 1 billion to 8 to 10 billion industry in the next decade. Most cannabis for retail is grown indoors to be able to control the environment as well as security.

Turnkey is the new flip, at least till demand starts to out way supply. Then flips on the MLS could get hot again.
