Hi @Account Closed - definitely B class property, up to 200k (duplex or triplex) and CAP at minimum of 8%. Flexible with other criteria.

If you were going to invest at Dallas–Fort Worth area, and you are cash flow investor but with expectations for little appreciation (B class area property), what areas/zip codes you would look at ?

 Working with "boots on the ground" sound like the best approach to me.
