Thanks,

Kyle

Hello BP,

I was wonder if somebody use Mint.com as bookkeeping solution (for small portfolio of 1-10 properties), and if it does, what is your experience?

There are an options in mint.com that you can categorize your transaction, you can put a "tag" for each transaction, you can create a manual entries and etc.

What are other simple and easy alternatives which are commonly use for bookkeeping for up to 10 properties.

Best to all,

Kyle

Hello Bigger-Pockets,

My name is Kyle and i live in Sherman Oaks, California. My and my wife recently started investing in rental properties in Las Vegas, however are analyzing California, Utah and Arizona markets as well and we are very interested in wholesale and fix and flip deals.

I am new to real estate business, but I found myself highly motivated with "can do" attitude and ready to pursue my goals.

I hope we can partner and work together in the near future.

Wish you all good luck,

Kyle
