Would you be able to recommend an insurance carrier/broker that specializes in and understand well the small multifamily apartments (5-20 units) ? I am looking for a carrier/broker that specifically specializes in this type of asset.

I was wondering the same? Perhaps a few folks get a shared/pool account for $999? For 5 people, it will be $200 a month, if 10 - $100 month?

What other services, you guys use? Btw is there a pool/shared account ($999) on AirDNA? I would love to have access to it, but can't justify the cost.
