Hello BP,

I am looking to find Investors, Lenders, Partners, and Landlords local to the Walla Walla or surrounding areas. Any clubs, meetings, or other networks I should check out?

Thanks all!

Kavin

Hello BP! I am new to the forums and just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Kavin Kuykendall. I am 22 years old living in Walla Walla Wa. I have been interested in being a landlord and owning a portfolio of rentals since before I can remember; but thanks to Brandon Turner, BiggerPockets, and many books I am just starting to realize the potential and opportunity real estate can provide! I am searching for my first investment as we speak: a small, multifamily, to get started on my path. I hope to be a light in the landlord community, providing jobs, community development, wholesome relationships, and a mirror of God's love to those I work with. I would love to someday be able to invest my own funds into future entrepreneurs, starting companies that make a difference. I hope to learn from you all, and share what I can from my own experiences as I start my journey.

I am eager to learn and absorb information. Any tips, tricks, and advice from and any and all of you is welcomed and appreciated!

Thank you,

Kavin Kuykendall
