Looking to Network and Build Relationships
Hello BP! I am new to the forums and just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Kavin Kuykendall. I am 22 years old living in Walla Walla Wa. I have been interested in being a landlord and owning a portfolio of rentals since before I can remember; but thanks to Brandon Turner, BiggerPockets, and many books I am just starting to realize the potential and opportunity real estate can provide! I am searching for my first investment as we speak: a small, multifamily, to get started on my path. I hope to be a light in the landlord community, providing jobs, community development, wholesome relationships, and a mirror of God's love to those I work with. I would love to someday be able to invest my own funds into future entrepreneurs, starting companies that make a difference. I hope to learn from you all, and share what I can from my own experiences as I start my journey.
I am eager to learn and absorb information. Any tips, tricks, and advice from and any and all of you is welcomed and appreciated!
Thank you,
Kavin Kuykendall

Welcome, Kavin. I appreciate your open heart to seeing past your own needs into your community and future help for others. My best advice is to find your local real estate investment group. The BP community is great for inspiration and specific questions, but your locals will be there with things you wouldn't think to ask. Good luck!
