Hi David,

That would work for me.  I work in Hayden and am off work at 4 (M-Th).  Where and when would you suggest?

Hi,

Would any of you know of a finance company in North Idaho that does portfolio loans or anything other than conventional loans?   I'm not fitting into the "square hole" for a conventional mortgage so I'm looking for options.  I'm in the Coeur d'Alene, Idaho area.  Thank you

Thank you for all the hello's.  I've been in North Idaho for 20 years, moving from California.  I'm thinking that my first priority should be to save a little cash?   Also, I saw posts regarding little opportunity for duplex/4 plex/etc. in North Idaho.  What about the Spokane area, just over the boarder?  It would seem to me they would have a few of these types of properties.  They seem like the best option to get in and start up a cash flow quickly.

Hi,

I am a 60 year old bookkeeper who woke up recently and realized I may not be able to retire.  I am working on my debt snowball, I own (mortgage) a home and my future prospects for "earning" more income are limited.   I do have good credit and thought that maybe real estate may be a way to "catch up" with my retirement.    I discovered this site through a link,  Right now, I want to learn and see if this might be an idea for catching up on retirement money.  I'm looking more at buying and holding.
