I've seen a significant decline in my STRs in Orlando this month.. They're all great locations near downtown & close to the airport and theme parks as well.

Ikea! Thrift stores are great for kitchen goods and small odds and ends!

Hi Colton! Congrats on beginning your real estate journey! You've come to the right place for advice, I recommend you also joining local REIA groups and attending meet-ups/happy hours whenever you can. It helps you get into rooms with like minded people and meet local investors/mentors.

Hey Jack! Congrats on taking the leap to getting your first rental property! Im going to send you a DM

Hey Chris! I would look into joining your local REIA events. It's a great way to meet local mentors, investors, and get into the same room as like minded people. They should be pretty easy to find, most have an instagram or Facebook, or post on eventbrite.

Congrats on your taking the leap and getting your first rental Andy! That's super exciting.

Hey Cole! I'd recommend joining your local REIA groups & attending them in person. It's a great way to learn from local investors & get into rooms with like minded people. You can also find weekly meet-ups/happy hours on eventbrite & local realtors instagram/Facebook pages. It's a great way to start learning as both new & seasoned people in the industry go to these events!
