Hey, that's awesome! I find out about a lot of events through local realtors instagrams that host them weekly, also on Facebook and eventbrite! If you have trouble finding realtors instagrams that are posting events I would try messaging a few and asking if they know about any local events coming up :)

How much is your PITI monthly? You want to make sure you're adding all of that up and making at least 1% on your DSCR!
