I’m Not looking for seller finance, more of an assumable mortgage type of situation where I take over payments and pay the seller for the equity in the house. Then they want to lease it back.  Any ideas how could I work this out since they are looking for a lease back option?

Can anyone help me develop a plan for creatively financing a condo I’m looking to buy in SLC?  The seller has lived it in since 2020, so presumably has a low interest rate. They want to lease back the condo after sale. I need help coming up with some ideas to pitch to the seller. How can I work this out to take over payments and lease it back to the seller? How could I make this win:win for both of us. Any ideas???

Much thanks,

Kate

Hi Courtney- thanks for the info. Would appreciate your contact at Indicate as I’m more interested in DCSR loans than hard money.

Much thanks,

Kate

Quote from @Courtney Porto:

Hi, Katie. I am a Realtor and wholesaler in SLC. For hard money lending I partner with Easy Street Capital and Copa capital and have also had investors use Boomerang and Indicate. Not sure exactly what type of loan you're looking for but some, such as Indicate, also offer DSCR loans and other investor-friendly loan products. Feel free to connect/message me for contact information for individuals at any of these companies if you would like and good luck!

Does anyone here work with a lender providing investor lending in SLC? Or can you refer me to someone who does?

Looking to buy an investment property in SLC, but I live in MAssachusetts so I need help connecting with a Utah lender.

Thanks!
