Looking to buy an investment property in SLC, but I live in MAssachusetts so I need help connecting with a Utah lender.

Hi, Katie. I am a Realtor and wholesaler in SLC. For hard money lending I partner with Easy Street Capital and Copa capital and have also had investors use Boomerang and Indicate. Not sure exactly what type of loan you're looking for but some, such as Indicate, also offer DSCR loans and other investor-friendly loan products.
