Need help with creative finance/seller lease back/taking over mortgage payments…

Katie Bennett
Posted

Hello,

Can anyone help me develop a plan for creatively financing a condo I’m looking to buy? The seller has lived it in since 2020, so presumably have a low interest rate. They want to lease back the condo after sale. I need help coming up with some ideas to pitch to the seller. How can I work this out to take over payments and lease it back to the seller?   How could I make this win:win for both of us. Any ideas???

Much thanks,

Kate
