I'm *considering* not investing in Raleigh homes anymore and moving onto places such as Fayetteville. What should I know about the areas before proceeding. What areas / zones / neighborhoods are more popular for rentals?

Anyone in Raleigh NC know of owners looking to sell land downtown?

 Ah Okay! Just for future ideas, consider not buying the property in full. Get a loan instead and have capital left over to put down as downpayment. What do your numbers look like including Hoa, management fees, etc. ?

Wait so did you buy this deal or inherit it?

Concerned about not being able to get approved for more rentals afterwards. Do I purchase it anyway and just rent it out in a year or two when I want to buy more rentals? Basically, move from house to house and eventually move back? I only ask before prices are going up in the area and I don't want to be priced out in the future. Who else has had the same issue? Currently the personal home was for half of what the approved mortgage amount was for. The new one would be right at that approval number. I have one other single family, one townhome, one condo townhome. 

No, the previous owner took everything off the roof to sell. i would be putting in new systems afterwards. 

would cost. Building is within an hour of raleigh NC. Its a commercial property of 1800-1900 sq ft. Its a flat roof. Also what should I be spending to replace floor boards. (Not actual tile/wood/linoleum on top) Just the floorboards.
