I'm looking to get a general idea of what a new commercial roof

would cost. Building is within an hour of raleigh NC. Its a commercial property of 1800-1900 sq ft. Its a flat roof. Also what should I be spending to replace floor boards. (Not actual tile/wood/linoleum on top) Just the floorboards.

cost depends on demo cost of existing roof, how many penetrations you are going to have in the roof, waterproofing and insulation layers. For a new TPO roof I would budget $900-$1000/square. Sounds like you have 18-19 squares. I'm in Texas. Obviously cost varies based on location.
