Thanks everyone for your kind greetings and introductions! I'm beyond excited to be on a social networking site where there's so much support from the community! I would love to go to meet ups and events and meet you all. Speaking of events I am attending a free Rich Dad Poor Dad seminar in Bellevue this Saturday...has anyone gone before? If so, what are your thoughts?   

Hello!! My name is Katherine and I currently reside in Everett, WA. I discovered Bigger Pockets thorugh the podcast a couple months back and have been hooked ever since. I recently have obtained my real estate license and am super excited about launching a new career in the real estate industry. I'm here to learn as much as I can about real estate investing. I would love to flip properties and have rental properties in the future. My goals here are to network, make friends with the same interests and goals, to learn from you guys and in return add my time and knowledge where applicable. Right now I'm focusing on educating myself thorugh books, this website, the podcats and people I know as well as working on launching my new business in real estate and juggling a full time job! I'm familiar with the Seattle area and everything in between up north to Marysville as well as the Kirkland and Bothell area's. I look forward to what is to come and am very happy and excited to be here!
