Hello!! My name is Katherine and I currently reside in Everett, WA. I discovered Bigger Pockets thorugh the podcast a couple months back and have been hooked ever since. I recently have obtained my real estate license and am super excited about launching a new career in the real estate industry. I'm here to learn as much as I can about real estate investing. I would love to flip properties and have rental properties in the future. My goals here are to network, make friends with the same interests and goals, to learn from you guys and in return add my time and knowledge where applicable. Right now I'm focusing on educating myself thorugh books, this website, the podcats and people I know as well as working on launching my new business in real estate and juggling a full time job! I'm familiar with the Seattle area and everything in between up north to Marysville as well as the Kirkland and Bothell area's. I look forward to what is to come and am very happy and excited to be here!

Welcome to BP! Congratz on getting your License, you are braver than me.  We've got a really vibrant local community around here and there are a couple of groups "up north" @Patrick Britton hosts one up in Bellingham (I should trek out there one of these days!) there's an Everett REAPS event, and @Dee Miles runs the SNO-CO meetup also.
