Timara - you're looking into the "Arbitrage" strategy. check the Forums and you'll find lot of good information on AirBnB Arbitrage.

Couple of things to keep in mind are:
1. Does the local zoning allow for STR
2. does property management (if part of HOA) allow STR
3. lastly, negotiate with the Owner and offer them a win-win situation

I'm not an expert in this field but there are many experts on the forum who can help you out. Good luck with this. You will do great!

Tiffany - it all depends on what interests you?

If you're analytical , check out Data Science bootcamps. These are high pay and remote
Also, Blockchain development is a hot skill (and high pay) as more and more industries explore the benefits of decentralization

I have been in Tech and Consulting sector for 15 years (based in Canada) however I work for clients worldwide. Happy to guide further if you have any questions.

Karthik - what is the group called?

I'm part of a coaching group that I recently joined where every investor focusses on multi-family real estate unlike majority of the coaching groups. DM me and I can share more about the group with pros/cons.

Welcome Sriram.
I agree with what Chris said. You don’t “need” a course as most information is readily available online. I still take courses to save time from searching around and prefer a structure. I’ve taken around 3-4 courses and they all helped me in different ways. Bottom line - it saved me a lot of time googling.
It’s hard to find cashflowing properties but not impossible. I just locked up a cashflowing triplex in Hamilton last week , so it’s doable. Persistence and education.
if you have specific questions , feel free to ask.
