My question is about David's Big Profit Finder. Is it worth the price ($9/month or $99/year)? Is it just a basic real estate calculator?

Thanks

Hey Tom, Welcome to BP. I live in Deltona so if you ever want to get together just shoot me a message. As far as understanding Financials of REI, check out the book http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0071603271/. I have read it about 20 times and still learn something new every time.

Hey all, just wanted to know if any of you have joined up for Men McElroy's KenFlix? How many videos are on the site? Is it worth the investment?

Also, I also heard that the website was having some issues saying ""Your user account has been disabled. Please contact your system administrator to enable the account." and not letting people sign in. Is it still having this issue?

Thanks,
Karma

Hey all,

I found BiggerPockets about 4 days ago while surfing the net. Really glad to be here. I used to be in real estate investing years ago. I specialized in SFH, Lease Options primarily. Although I did also do a lot of Wholesaling and Subject to deals as well. And the occasional bird-dogging. I had around 116 homes and was unfortunately to dumb to hire a management company and was doing it all myself. Which landed me in the hospital after having an anxiety attack (I thought I had a heart attack) from all the stress. After that I took a months vacation in England and when I came back I got rid of all my houses and swore I would never do it again.

Well now I am wanting to get back into REI. BUT I want to mainly stick with doing apartments and commercial real estate investing. And this time I will hire property managers to manage all my locations.

I am also looking for a good apartment/commercial mentor as well. So if anyone knows of anyone good, please don't be shy and let me know.

Thanks,

Karma

Just wondering if someone could give me a general estimate of how much Cashflow I could expect from apartments that are in the $1 million range? I know you can't be very specific cause all deals are different, but just a base estimate.

Thanks

Thanks so much guys. I am definitely looking into Ray's Course. And have added all the other books to my Amazon wishlist. Although I already have Lindahl's Multi-Family Millions. Just started it a few days ago.
