Damn!! I really appreciate the advice on that!! And i totally agree with you on everything. I will definitely read that article you referenced! I appreciate the help!

Hey BP, I am currently looking for a property management company that manages Multifamily assets, with 50-150 units in the DFW metroplex, and familiar with a minor value-add business plan. We typically target B/C assets, in B areas . If you know of anyone, id love to contact them and see if they are a right fit for us. I appreciate the help!!

Thank you @Lucia Rushton for the help! I totally agree with you! That too is part of my search, and i feel like posting these kinds of things will show my eagerness in the Dallas market and im hoping someone who sees my post will reach out. But im starting to look for meetups in my market as much as possible. I also agree when you said, " Its a whole different animal", but i really feel its attainable. I am apart of a mentorship program that has helped me tremendously thus far.

And thank you @Kyle Mccaw for all of these recommendations! I really appreciate it! And i will for sure share my success!

Hey everyone, I am currently looking to build my team in the Dallas, TX market and id really like to get as many referrals as possible, until I just start randomly picking people to call. I am looking for Property Managers, Commercial Multifamily Brokers, Insurance Brokers, Contractors, SEC attorneys, Title attorneys, Bankers, Mortgage brokers, Inspectors, Surveyors. THE WHOLE 9 LOL. My goal is to close on a 100+ unit multifamily deal by the end of 2022. So i am taking massive action. If i don't take action, I'm devastated that ill be in the same spot i was at the beginning of this year. And i am always looking to meet people who are already in the space!! Thank you for all the help!!

Hey Frank! Something in common we both have is my first name is Frank as well. Its nice of you to introduce yourself. Im in my early 20's as well and I have been fascinated with multifamily real estate because of the ability to scale. I still have yet to even pursue a deal, i have zero properties under my belt, however i plan to change that by the end of the year. I myself am a concrete plant operator and plan to jump ship into the mortgage industry as a Loan Originator so that i'm able to get closer to real estate. I am also from DFW. Reach out anytime, for anything!!

@Alicia Marks yeah, I’m in dfw but I’m not looking for hard money. My sister and I are partnering up to buy multifamily properties. But I appreciate the tip!👍🏽

@Alicia Marks yeah! Thanks for the reply! That’s awesome for me too because my current job isn’t benefiting my real estate goals in any way! So I’ve been wanting to change career paths and become a loan officer. So if I’m able to go the commercial route, that would just make my situation awesome!
