Thank you, yes I have and received great advice. I recently moved to Nevada from California so I'm trying to research the area. I see a lot of potential for growth in Nevada but many cities face water issues, revenue etc. 

I have been looking at job growth, population and income in the cities.

I'm new to investing, at this point I am reading, listening to webinars and speaking to local investors and real estate agents. 

I'm having trouble starting I want to take action because I know that will begin my journey but I don't know the best way to chose an area.

Where can I find the best resources to analyze states and cities for investment opportunity in real estate.

I'm interested in flips and buy and hold properties.
