Any info on Fernley for flipping.

I want to get in the market soon

I possibly have 50-75k cash to invest

I really just want to get my foot in the door and start making some money instead of having it just sit making no interest

Thx peeps Personally, eventually I would like some MFR to have as my main income generator. I was thinking that to begin, flipping houses would be the best method to generate cash flow, so I can put a large down payment down on my first MFR. At present I am willing to invest 50-75k. Do I have the right idea, or am I way off? What about investing in properties on the east coast or down south?
